So as you may know, Shirley’s Temple is currently comprised of the one and only Jessica Jackson as front and center woman/bassist/violinist extraordinaire, Mike Gilbert on guitar and Mike Hill (of Capital Down) on drums while Stephanie finishes the minor set back of enduring breast cancer and its treatment. Shirley’s Temple is maintaining the weekly CK’s Tavern and Grill gig and taking a little break from Fridays (and any other nights) until Stephanie’s return. Come on out to CK’s and show your Temple support. You are always assured a great time and it is always fun to see what changes are in full effect.

Stephanie is past surgeries and as far as the pathology reports are concerned is free of breast cancer! It is reason enough to hit CK’s for weekly celebration until her return to the stage. Treatment is essential now that the cancer has been removed and once there’s some semblance of “normalcy” in the routine during treatment, she just MIGHT be able to get back behind the drums soon.
