Just wanted to say a thank you to those of you still wishing me well during my post treatment days from last year’s breast cancer battle. This year is a bit of a rebuilding year for my family as we get back to our “new” normal that comes with a breast cancer diagnosis. We’re REALLY glad that’s behind us! Last year we had 130 members and raised nearly $10,000 to help find a Cure. I had the distinct pleasure of watching the $2.3 million get doled out to those who actually DO the research at a luncheon earlier this year and it really hit home with me that THESE are the people that are going to actually FIND that elusive CURE for this disease.
